Ayegbayo, Numadzi, Alagbe, eight others to feature in Arts from Motherland exhibition in New York

ELEVEN African artists have been selected to feature in an international art exhibition in the United States.

Giving credence to their dextrousness, the artists, who have been identified with a plethora of art models for storytelling, through their crafts, were enlisted for the Arts from Motherland exhibition in New York, scheduled for October 6 to 8.

Speaking with the Nigerian Tribune, one of the featured artists, Damola Ayegbayo, a graduate of Education and Fine Arts (Painting), from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, who identifies himself as a visual artist, expressed his delight on his selection as one of the artists from Nigeria whose works are expected to be featured in the exhibition, organised by Vincent Chidozie Ugokwe of Dozie Arts.
