If you live in Nigeria, then you have most likely tasted puff-puff. But have you eaten puff-puff that has chocolate filling? I bet you have not.
This snack is very easy to make, same way you will make your typical puff-puff, but with just a little twist.
The exact measurements you will need for the puff-puff are:
3½ cups of flour
½ cup of sugar
2 tablespoons yeast
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (Optional)
Chocolate bars
½ teaspoon nutmeg powder
1½ cup of water
Oil for frying
You will also need a kitchen injector to use to fill the puff-puff with chocolate.
METHOD:
Pour your already sieved flour in a bowl and add sugar, yeast, pepper, nutmeg powder and salt. Pour water and keep stirring till you get a fine batter.
